The N.C. Zeitgeist hosts 2nd White Asparagus Feast

On June 1st, 2017, the N.C. Zeitgeist Foundation hosted it's 2nd ever White Asparagus Feast 


at the Charlotte City Club. 
The evening was opening with a champagne reception.
For dinner our guests enjoyed an Asparagus Fennel Soup with Forest Mushroom Spaetzle; White Asparagus with sauce Hollandaise; Fingerling Potatoes; either Schweineschnitzel or Salmon; and wrapped with a delectable Asparagus & Ginger Ice Cream Sandwich with torched Meringue and Strawberry sauce.
